Researchers estimate that 20-30% of U.S. adults suffer from some sort of food sensitivity or intolerance and that number is rising every year! While this is different from food allergies, which trigger an anaphylactic reaction (and may require a trip to the ER), food sensitivities can make life challenging and trigger a whole host of symptoms. You become unable to tolerate your favorite foods and in some cases, symptoms can even pop up overnight.
